SilverMailer was built to close that gap.

The origin

SilverMailer started after running cold email campaigns for B2B clients and getting frustrated with the same pattern: the tools were excellent, but the strategy work that decided whether a campaign would land at 0.3% or 3% reply rate still had to be done manually, every single time.

The honest math of cold email is uncomfortable: it takes 12 to 24 months of running real campaigns to internalize how offer, segmentation, copy quality, deliverability, sequence structure, and lead quality interact. Most founders do not have 12 months to burn. They have a business to run. The middle ground between "cheap pickaxe" and "$5,000/month agency" is exactly where most senders need help, and exactly where no tool was sitting.

We never claim performance we cannot show. Instead we show how Compass works step by step — the scoring dimensions, the segmentation logic, the deliverability checks. Specificity is the most honest form of persuasion.

Honest defaults protect your infrastructure.

Your data is yours.

Leads, campaigns, replies, and Brain memory are private to your account. AES-256-GCM encryption for API keys at rest. Row-level security on sensitive tables. We do not use your campaign data to train external AI.

Continuous deliverability monitoring. SPF/DKIM/DMARC scans, real mail-tester runs from your actual senders, copy spam-trigger scan, and sender-health checks every 30 minutes. If your campaign would have landed in spam, you know before you send.
